Return Policy

Returns may be accepted up to 5 days after delivery if item is defective or wrong personalization due to my error. If order was completed as ordered, no returns will be accepted. 

You should receive a refund within a week after return of your order.

If you need to return an item please contact us with your order number. Details on how to proceed will then be communicated.
